Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
A really great question! To hire a senior designer full-time is now more than $100,000 each year plus benefits, and it can be hard to find one available. Plus, you might not always have enough work for them and have to pay for time that you can’t use. With the monthly plan, you can stop and resume your subscription whenever you need to. This way you only have to pay for the designer when you have work for them to do.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
When you sign up, you can add lots of design requests to a list. The requests will be done one after the other.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Usually, we complete requests within two days or less, but sometimes it takes us more time if the request is complicated.
Who are the designers?
At Rp Designs, I am the only person working as an agency. So, you’ll be directly working with me, the founder. But if you need things like animations or custom illustrations, we have partner designers who can help with that.
How does the pause feature work?
Sometimes you may not have many design projects to work on for a whole month. If that happens, it can be helpful to pause your subscription. Here’s how it works: the billing cycle goes for 31 days. If you use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause, you’ll have 10 days left to use later.
What if I don't like the design?
Don’t worry! We’ll keep working on the design until you’re completely happy.
What if I only have a single request?
You can stop using your subscription when you’re done and start again later if you need more design work. There’s no reason to waste the rest of your subscription.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
